Notification of Services Being Moved Due to Accessibility Barriers

Procedures for Interested Persons to obtain information as to the existence and location of services and activities at the Center

Interested persons can visit Kennedy Learning website for procedures for reporting requirements. The district’s contact person is Shawnta Alston (Supervisor of the Center).

Interested persons can also download a “Request for meeting with the principal” form for school website. Principal will arrange a meeting at the Center to address barriers. This form can be emailed to shawnta.alston@southfieldk12.org or faxed to (248)746-8788. 

Correspondent will be mailed to school stakeholders. This correspondent will also be uploaded on School’s website.

Notices will be placed on the Center’s Door #1 and Door #2.
