Levey S.T.E.A.M. Program Applications Available Application Portal for Southfield & Lathrup Village Residents ONLY! Application Period: March 3, 2021 - April 30, 2021, by 4:00 PM. Prior to submitting this application please make sure you have the following documents prepared to upload to the Levey Application Portal. * Report Card (dated after January 2021) * Most Recent District Assessment Results (i.e. NWEA MAP, i-Ready, DIBELS, etc. ) * Most Recent Standardized Assessment Results (i.e. M-STEP, etc.) All NEW students selected for the 2021-2022 school year will be notified after May 7, 2021.
