Social Emotional Learning (SEL)

Greetings Families,

Social Emotional Learning, or SEL, is like learning how to become a superhero in our hearts and minds. It's about understanding and managing our feelings, making good choices, and being a great friend to others. When we practice SEL, we become better at handling challenges, making friends, and doing well in school. It's like having a superpower that helps us feel happy, confident, and kind every day!"

Supporting SEL at home is crucial for reinforcing the social and emotional skills that your child learns at school. Remember that developing social and emotional skills takes time and effort. Be patient with your child as they learn and grow, and provide them with consistent support and encouragement.
