A few helpful tips to help your student on testing day:
- Make sure your child gets a good night's sleep before the test
- Make sure your child eats properly the day of the test
- Ensure that your child is present during testing
- Make sure your child arrives to school on time the day of the test

Black History Month Celebtration
MacArthur Middle School students celebtrated Black History month by paying tribute to The Harlem Renaissance Era. The performances were directed by vocal music director Mr. Willis and the band music director Mr. Milewski.
Southfield Basketball League Champions
Congratulations to the MacArthur (7/8) Girls Basketball Team and the (7/8) Boys Basketball Team for winning the Southfield Basketball League Championship.
Junior Zontas make SOS Donations
The MacArthur Chapter of the Junior Zontas led a successful dontation drive. Each grade level had to donate items for those in need.
Students Adopt a Child for Christmas
MacArthur Student Council Members partnered with Southfield Goodfellows and adopted ten children this holiday season.
Veterans Patriot's Award
Congratulations to Elizabeth, Micah and Donovan for receiving the Veteran's Patriot's Pen Award essay contest.
