WHERE TO SEND EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION REQUESTS:
All Employment Verification Requests should be sent to:

WHAT TO INCLUDE WITH YOUR REQUEST:
- Your Request Form
- Signature Authorization from the Employee
Request must include the Employee's name and another verifiable piece of information - e.g. Employee's DOB, last four of SSN, current address, etc.
RESPONSE TURNAROUND TIMEFRAME:
- 5 - 7 Business Days
