Operations

District Operations is dedicated to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff that encompasses just under two million square feet of learning space and over 326 acres of lawn and sports turf. As a department, we are responsible for building security, emergency management, facility scheduling, bond construction oversight, indoor air quality issues, stormwater management, playground safety, and relocating classrooms. We also control utility costs through energy management and building control systems.
