Sports provide a release for young people as well as the opportunity to express themselves in their unique manner. Playing sports also affords students the opportunity to learn to budget their time and realize that their academic endeavors relate to making good choices and earning freedoms. They learn to be more discipline and take responsibility within their sports and therefore, within their classrooms.
