Adler parents & students learn new math games to support math instruction in the classroom.
Adler students continue to develop and share their love of reading with Reading Buddies.
Adler's Cool Dad's Cook
Adler Dad's host a "Cool Dad's Tastefest" to raise money for the Academic Games Team.
Second Graders and Third Graders got together for a session of peer tutoring. The Third Graders helped the Second Graders revise a writing piece. The session proved to be beneficial for both groups. The tutoring provided supported the second graders newly acquired skill and gave the third graders a review.
Basketball & Cheer
Students are introduced to basic basketball skills that will allow for appropriate development in the sport. The basis fundamentals being taught are dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, and rebounding. The boys are also allowed to participate in fun, but competitive drills to enhance their skills as well. The boys enjoy this ten week program and are prepared to begin competitive play as they enter fourth grade. Adler Elementary also has a fourth and fifth grade team which plays competitively against other schools within the district.
